Received the glossing serum in SAM about a week and a half ago. Honestly it really does not work as well for me as the few drops of oil do as a finishing product. I really wanted to love this to save on the oil. In addition I have a silicone feeling on my hands when I am done running it through my hair and it is hard to wash off. Has anyone else experienced this? It's not moisturizing either. I'm wondering if I should try to use it differently, maybe not as a finishing product, or simply return it. I have never returned anything to QVC. How easy is the process? I'm disappointed. {#emotions_dlg.sad}
