What has happened to the assortment of Philosophy representatives.  They were cheerful and you could tell they knew and loved their brand.  Not likiing the new rep.  She's boring!  Would it kill her to be cheerful all of the time?

The new rep for Philosophy has worked for Philosophyt for many years. She seems to know the products, Perhaps like most poeple starting a new postion it takes time to feel comfortable. She seems to do better with some hosts than others.

I think she is starting to perk up a bit, she will probably never be a Mari lynn because she probably just doesn't have that type of personality.

She does explain everything very well, and she is probably just trying to find her niche.

It is not easy being in front of the camera, I would imagine.

I do think Joan is improving and getting a little more animated.

it does take time for most hosts to warm up.  Susan Graver comes to mind, way back in the beginning when she had her first appearances she was quiet, shy and a little  reserved. After a few months I coukdnt watch her anymore, she woke up for sure!!!  Got vocal, animated and very possessive of her creations. There was another host as as well back in the day, who quiet as heck and then just warmed up nicely.  It has to be hard. They are telling you look only into this camera, then you see many, and your face from all angles everywhere behind the scenes.  It's distracting.
