we all know diet is important to inner and outer beauty. so what fish are you all eating to stay healthy and beautiful? i am so confused on what is healthy and i have read a ton of info. on the subject. wild v. farmed (esp. china and thailand), talapia are garbage feeders (no nutritional value and contain lots of gunk), mutant shrimp from the gulf, can salmon/tuna may have bpa, etc. would you share with me what you have picked are the best options in your opinions and research?
