I've heard that too--the dreaded white dots... I hated them so much because I would get them constantly--Flat iron, curling iron--it didn't matter...Soon as heat would hit my hair, I'd get one along the strand somewhere and I just knew that was it--everything after the dot was history Smiley Sad Not anymore though Smiley Happy

Yep, I used to use a flat iron on my hair years ago and it caused a lot of damage.
