no pump

i would like to say thank you to fashionista28 for answering my question regarding getting no pump with the wen for kids cleanser, but i did call cs after all and the wen website.(has nothing to do with qvc) i was told.

i should have known that something would have happened. nothing has changed since i used to be addicted to qvc back in the 90's. i had to re-wrap the box, bring it to the post office, and a replacement will be sent out when they receive the product. oh, i also got the qvc bill yesterday. i called cs and asked if i have to pay the bill where i have nothing in my possession. oh yes the cs rep said. since you are getting a replacement and the bill happened to be sent out at this time, you have to pay for this product.

is it me or not? what if a pump was just sent out seeing it wasn't packed properly.

just shoveled out of a blizzard since last Friday. i didn't need this aggravation.
