need a makeover~

Need Expert help...I'm over 50, professional woman, grandma, married and fabulous of course! I'm losing weight, got hair cut from below shoulders to short & sassy, oily skin.. I live on california coast - it's always foggy and windy, so the makeup either blows off or drips off. I need a makeup to last more than 5 minutes, won't blow off, rub off. I want to be my age, only better, a beachy, youthgul glow make me who I am on ly better...I've tried BE so please don't recommend it, not soemthing I love.
