moisturizer for dry, sensitive skin

i have dry sensitive skin with redness and broken cap's. I've been using Estee Lauder Verite with just so so results, was going to try Kate Somerville Goat Milk moisturizer. Any recommendation from someone with my problems, thanks in advance I get great information from this board.
