makeup color question please

Iam ordering the BB skin foundation but not sure what color to get. Iam a medium in BE a fresco in EL andhave never tried BB so not sure how color runs but for 3 easy pays thought I would give it a try if I could decide on a color thank you so much for any help you can give me.
