I also agree with the nyx recommendation. I really like their primers. Also elf is good.Where is that sold?

Peter Thomas Roth doesn't make many items but the ones he makes are superb, especially the foundation (and primer).

I love Inglot eyeshadows. I've been using them for a couple of years now and buy them directly from their website. I've heard some department stores are carrying Inglot in the bigger cities but I haven't seen them in the malls where I live in the DC area burbs. The quality of the eyeshadows is top notch for pigment & long wearing. You can buy their freedom system palette and fill them with whatever colors you want and the size of the singles pan is huge for $7.00 each. Go to Inglotcosmetics.com, click on E-shop, USA, Shop, Eyes, Eyeshadows, Freedom System Eyeshadow- and it will bring up their huge selection of colors to choose from. Go to Freedom System to choose palettes. They offer a variety of choices up to a 40 pan palette. I previously used Trish McEvoy and Bobbie Brown eyeshadows and IMHO, Inglot is just as good, if not better for a lot less AND the size of the pan is much bigger than what you get with BB and Trish. I need to try their other makeup products too.

They just sent me an email telling me how many points I have.maybe you should try a subscription to Birchbox or Ipsy - for $10 a month each sends you a variety of beauty samples. Birch box is better to try things because you earn points to buy from their site - and it is easy to earn points.
There are tons of great brands out there - mix it up and have fun!
Good Luck!

I'm a LG and Mally junkie. When I get tired of one, I switch to the other just to change it up some. I was burned out on LG and used Mally exclusively, now I'm back to both. Mally's eyeshadow sticks are very helpful on mornings that I don't wake up as early as I should and need to go out the door fast. I am back to using a lot of LG again though and I have an embarrassingly large stash of LG blush which I love!!!

Rather than a specific line across the board, I cherry pick my products. Most of my choices are from IT and Laura Geller. I like IT Cosmetics CC+ Cream, but I'm also enjoying Korean BB cream these days. I like Laura Geller's Baked Elements compact. Both IT and LG make nice blushes. IT eye shadows are my favorites.

I love Laura Mercier matte eyeshadows and pencil eyeliner. Bobbie Brown blush and powder. For lipstick: Bobbie Brown and MAC.

I use all lines from drugstore to Chanel, they all have good products. Why not take a trip to either and just spend time checking them out.
Subscribe to some of the beauty blogs, these ladies update and review all the products from all lines.

I'm a Makeup Junkie !!! I think I've tried almost every line QVC carries. For foundation, lately, I was using IT H2O liquid and bye bye concealer. I, also, wanted to try something different, so I tried Edward Bess (QVC). It is EXPENSIVE, but totally worth it. You use sooo little -- it will last a very long time. If you use too much. you won't like it. I got the foundation and the concealer and loved them -- the feel, look, staying power. Then my husband said, "You look different." I asked how so? He said, "Your skin looks so smooth and you look like you're not tired." Well, I sold !!!!
Mascara -- Dr. Perricone has a new mascara (Sephora or his web site -- I don't think it's on the Q yet.) It is FABULOUS !!! My lashes are straight. This is the only mascara that curls and keeps my lashes curled all day !! And, no clumping or flaking. I think it is much better than Mally or IT (which I used to like.)
Blush -- Josie Maran -- coconut water gel (QVC) -- really does last all day. Eye Shadow -- Mally -- eye shadow sticks -- age rebel. Lips -- Lipstick Queen pencils are great and so is the gloss. I also like It Cosmetic stain gloss. I'm still in search of the best eye liner. I've been using Mally, but just ordered IT gel liners. So, we'll see???
Wow --- I really do have a problem !!!! Happy Shopping !!!

Try Hoika Hoika BB cream. It is $5.99 a tube, covers medium, smells great, works well on fair/light skinned people since it comes in one shade and has different formulas for your skin type. Read the Korean Beauty product discussion. Korea has some great products that are seriously infused with natural ingredients and come in every price range. They started the BB/CC cream for a multipurpose product that served you far better than typical foundations. They have great pore powders and skin care. I get my Hoika Hoika BB on Amazon for 2 for $14 or 4 for $21 but ebay has tons of products. Missha is another very good brand, though Amazon is cheaper than their website, but their website has great descriptions of their products for you to choose from. Think out of the box! If you don't want to do Korean try ELF (eyeslipsface dot com) or NYX cosmetics. They are found at Target or online. They often have 50% or so off sales online and have free shipping. You can afford tons of their products, TONS!
