I don't mind a few layers, but there comes a time when you stop looking fashionable and start looking like you are living on the streets. Too much is too much!

I agree.......I have two of her tops.....I wear each ALONE! Most of what she has doesn't work on my 5'4"" 110 frame.

I am not a LOGO fan because I prefer structured clothes for the most part. One of her tops can look good with a slim bottom, but when she starts layering several loose flowy tops with different hem lengths it gets sloppy looking and isn't flattering IMO.

Personally, I think some of these pieces look much, much nicer without the extraneous layers underneath. Lori Goldstein likes to play with the layers, shapes, and colors, and I appreciate the adventurous attitude......but don't always like the multi-layer looks. Some of her tops, cardis, etc. look much better on their own with suitable pants or skirts.

When I first saw LOGO line, I really liked it and bought 3 shirts - one I don't even wear cause it's thin and clings. The price tags are really high IMO. I started sewing my own version of her stuff. I take a longer T shirt and just sew fabric on the bottom - sometimes a lacy kind of fabric, sometimes something that is the same color. It's not difficult at all and is sure a LOT cheaper. It's not hard to sew pockets on either. Now I have tops that are SO similar and can make them look exactly how I want them to - plus they are in NO way $50 and over!!! I started when I saw a girl on You Tube making similar "sharkbite" tops which got my sewing juices flowing!!! I just can't see spending so much on what's basically a T shirt!
