liquid candelight

Back in July I got Laura's Lighten Up Kit. I have barely used any of the liquid candelight and the pump is broken. I just want another pump. I looked at it today and there is a huge curve in the straw part of the pump that would be inside the bottle.

I emailed the Q today and I am waiting for a response (I'm not expecting anything because it's sold out on here). I emailed Laura's customer service and they said they can't help me because I didn't purchase it from them (which I understand).

All I want is another pump. If the Q can't help me, I am not sure what to do. Does anyone else have this kit and have this problem? What did you do?
