I am very disappointed in QVC response to an order that was to arrive on 1/7/15. Went to post office as per QVC was delivered .The post office has no record of package. Yet per QVC wont consider resolving till 18th. So no product no resolution.May consider stopping all future orders

Make sure you share your concerns with ""higher ups"" at the Q. We feel your pain but can't do much to help you. Hope you get your goodies soon!
