Re: how would I work the glossing serum info my routine

I've tried it a variety of ways and decided that it does nothing for me and I don't like it or need it.

Honestly, it's not much different from the John Freida Fizz Ease serums from the drugstore. If you want the WEN serum, you might want to play with one of those cheaper versions and see how/if you might use it. If you like it, you can always upgrade to the WEN version or save yourself some money and keep using the less expensive version.

I'm good with not using the serum. More money for me to spend on WEN oils and seasonals. Smiley Happy

Honestly I tried the cheaper versions and they did not help my hair...the WEN is lighter and helps better with frizz and flyaway's. Just my experience and would have loved for the cheaper versions to work.

Re: how would I work the glossing serum info my routine

I mix in glossing serum with my SC to add some extra shine and keep the frizz down. I love the glossing serum because it is light and will wash out of your hair with the CC. Cheaper serums like Frizz Ease are so thick and very drying because they don't wash out easily. If a serum won't wash off your hands with soap and water, it's probably not going to wash our of your hair easily and block the moisturizing benefits of the CC and dry your hair out.

When I use the serum, I mix it with my styling creme. Usually 2 pumps serum + 1 pump styling creme.

there's really no wrong way of doing it. just remember this: when it comes to adding things to hair, you want to add things from thickest to thinnest. as long as you remember that, you can't mess up.
