how many peaple get letters about canceling acct due to returns

i returned A few items and then i recieved a letter saying they will cancel my acct. i wonder how many people get those. i got a few from facebook... they say all the time there is a 30 dayreturn policy no questions asked but that is really bull. i gotton stuff for people for christmas and returned 3 items out of ten and there going to send me a letter well im very upset with qvc by saying it all the time but its so not true...well maybe they should pack things better so they dont spill or break or seams used then maybe there will not be many returns....i wANT to get the smashbox tsv but i cant know...they are bad..
