first shellac manicure...gray spots on white tips

Hello to all...I got my first shellac manicure on Thursday, American Manicure, white tips under, pink over. It is very pretty but I am seeing small gray spots ( on maybe 8 nails ) right at the end. They are small and the polish is still intact and I have not done anything like file them, etc. The spots are maybe pin head or a little larger.

It was the type where I had to put them under the lights after each coat but it went on like nail polish. CND shellac power polish.

I would appreciate any input. I go back in two weeks. Many thanks.
