I am someone who does not like gossiping and rumors and speculation in her post and to be more positive, what is wrong with that? Did you read her post? I don't like to see that sort of thing happen either way. It's demeaning.

What in the heck happened here! I am not spreading a rumor or making speculations regarding what Mr. Chavez siad or did not say about Chaz Dean and his product line I simply took the information posted on THIS thread and gave my hypothesis of what could have happened based on that information and if anyone seriously thinks these vendors are not signing contracts with QVC about what they can and cannot say or do, I suggest you a "Business 101" and learn a thing or two about who successful companies stay successful! Gosh common sense should actually kick in and tell you that! Nick Chavez (if that is how you prefer I address him) is not bringing QVC near what Chaz Dean does in sales for the sake of argument I will say annually. If you are in business selling anything, for example different brands of chairs, and you can only allocate to much money towards advertising to draw people into you business. Are you going to advertise that you sell your best selling chair or one you only sell a handful of? The obvious answer is draw in the people with what is selling now and going to give your business the most traffic to increase you possible sales. I am not degrading what Nick Chavez makes or sells, I have not used it. If it works for you that is fantastic. As far as it being gossip, I definitely did not start this thread and NEVER said that what I wrote was fact or I had seen it with my own eyes. I was giving you a hypothetic scenario that IF the events on posted on THIS thread did take place that it was POSSIBLE that QVC may or may not have taken actions to deal with the POSSIBLE situation. Gossip is when someone is spreading a rumor that are not known to be factual in content. At NO point in my post did I claim that anything I heard or said was based on anything but what I read here. It was made clear in my post and I am clarifying it for those who need to hear it AGAIN; I DID NOT SAY I HAD COLD HARD FACTS THAT THE EVENTS CONCERNING NICK CHAVEZ SAYING ANYTHING TO DISCREDIT THE PRODUCTS BY CHAZ DEAN FOR ABSOLUTE CERTAINTY TOOK PLACE. I simply gave you a way to look at this situation hypothetically from a business standpoint. People on this form who have read my posts and had interaction with me know I would not gossip or intentionally spread false information about anyone or anything for that matter. If their are people out their who feel the need to twist my post into something it was not enjoy yourself. I am just happy I am not one of those miserable people who feel the need to do it myself.

Interesting that you have heartburn over this as it concerns NC, but not the unsupported statements about the WEN products and CD. Double standard much?

By the way, just a word to the wise regarding your special thread....all the posts over there taking shots at this thread and the WEN ladies is going end up getting your thread poofed, just like what happened to a thread in the WEN forum that went in that direction as regards other threads and non-WEN ladies.

I don't think Nick or Chaz get a say. I'm pretty sure the models use Nick's products, Chaz's products and probably Edward Bess' product (Hair Hero) from time to time. It's unrealistic to expect people to only stick with one product. But I think it's QVC that decides which models get to work with which vendor. I think things would calm down if the people who use WEN and Nick's product realize that there's no need to get angry at each other over these things.

@Buck-i-Nana, I'm the one that started the Nick Chavez thread. I posted something in there that will hopefully calm all this down.
