disappointed in Q

got my Beautifully Brilliant Holiday AD the beginning of July, but it came in pieces. The eye shadow was broken. Customer service said send it back and we will send you another one... I checked my account and they received it but did not send one back... I called CS and they said we never promise stock and they don't have anymore... So now I'm out the one kit I really wanted. I loved the colors of the eye shadow....Very disappointed in the Q today
