You have cuticles for a reason. They are not supposed to be "removed" or severely pushed back.

Jojoba oil. Just apply and cuticles remove themselves, after a few weeks.

I have to cut mine. I have an AI disorder that makes them impossible to remove them otherwise. No cuticle remover will work for mine.

@goldensrbest .  Funny you are asking.  I do my own manicure but not pedicure.  With that being said,  after my shower, I use a blob of lotion or cream on my cuticles and rub it in.  Cuticles are soft anyway  from shower and this makes it easier to cut any  loose skin.  This is also a way to use unwanted lotions that you don't like anymore.  I cut loose skin with a very fine scissor or a nail clipper. They do say that we are not suppose to cut our cuticles  but  I find it necessary sometimes.

I recently purchased ProLink cuticle remover...its outstanding, and I've never used anything better.  There are rave reviews on Amazon.

I have heavy cuticles, and the double type that grows on the nail also.

This dissolves everything....I also bought a 7 piece cuticle/nail tools that really help do the job.

Recently found this from Londontown and love it.  Cleans up, does not dissolve cuticles per se.
