I just got notified that my auto delivery on my philosophy seasonal scents was cancelled due to lack of inventory. Has anyone else ever have this happened? I am very disappointed.

Are you talking about the trio of seasonal shower gels? If so, I just checked my order status and mine shows two more deliveries, one for September 11th and the last one for December 10th.

Well that is a big disappointment. The fall shipment was supposed to be pumpkin icing, apple cider, and crispy marshmallow bars, and the winter shipment - eggnog, Christmas cookie, and peppermint bark. I will post if I get the e-mail also.

Patti67 had a thread just recently saying that on FB Philosophy said these three scents would be a fall trio. Dell, you and I posted on that thread.

The ""lack of inventory"" doesn't make sense. They know ahead of time how many AD orders were placed. If they didn't think they could fulfill all of them then they shouldn't have been accepted.

I had a similar problem with a Jose Maran AD. QVC just ""skipped"" the 2 of 4 shipments. And of course that was the shipment I really wanted as it had the Whipped Vanilla Bean body butter.

Josie was showing that Vanilla Bean body butter last night on Tuesday Night Beauty. It is in a set with several other products.

That's what I thought. This has never happened to me before, and I have several auto deliveries. It really makes me think twice about doing this again with QVC. Besides I can get a better deal ordering direct from philosophy's website
