bareMinerals Glamour Now 9-piece Holiday Collection

Why after ordering this collection on auto delivery and waiting for collection to arrive, i received back order status and cancellation without explanation. looks like it is sold out completely and discontinued. Does anybody else have same problem? Bare minerals should not cancel orders, they should fulfill them after promising...
