Has anyone ever had any experience with an order being switched to backorder status? My Josie Maran TSV went to backorder. I contacted customer service and they said that if they can't fill the order soon, it will just be cancelled and won't even go to waitlist. My AD still says in process, but the order itself says backordered. Has anyone ever had this happened?----has it all worked out in the end?
