any recommends for eyeliner on upperlid inner rim?

For some reason, as I get older, my upper inner rim (under eyelashes) is becoming more visible. I wear eye makeup, liner and mascara ,occasionally shadow. Anyone have this happening? I'd like to find a liner that would stay the entire day and not be irritating. I've tried a lot of them and can't find one that works and that I like. Maybe this is some weird thing that's just me.{#emotions_dlg.confused1}
