any Spironolactone users?

I just got a script for Spino and Retin A from my dermatologist. I've been dealing with acne since a teen and now at 39 I am so frustrated with it. I've tried birth control, antibiotics, tons of prescribed lotions and nothing seems to help. A year ago I was on retin a micro and it helped with larger cystic acne but not so much with blackheads or whiteheads. Hoping that the combination of Birth control, Retin A and Spino will work this time.

Wondering if anyone is using the Spino can give me some feedback on how you liked or didn't like it and your skin care regiman. If possible please include what brand cleanser and moisturizer you are using. Thanks a bunch.
