? about the round brushes

Did anyone ever get one of the round brushes and have the bristles completely missing from one of the holes?

I just got my set of small brushes....one brush is fine, the other has a completely empty hole in the top row. I also have the medium brushes and they have all their bristles.

I don't really think it will have a big impact when using it, but I am concerned about how well it was made and if more will fall out.

I can't decide if I'm just being picky or if I have a valid complaint for customer service to replace the one brush.
