a question about shopnbc

I placed my first order for the Isomers special value a few days ago. How often does shipping/processing take with shopnbc? My order placed on 2/10 is still processing... I was secretly hoping it would be delivered this week... I'm on the East Coast - do you think there is a chance I might have it before the weekend? TIA!
