Wrong Item In Package

This is a first! I've been a QVC'er for years and today I received what I thought was my latest order of MAKE UP FOR EVERY Rouge Artist Lipstick......NOT............

In the package was an eyeliner from MAKE UP FOREVER..........though the packing slip enclosed described EXACTLY WHAT I ORDERED......they sent something else!

Has this ever happened to anyone? Now I have to wait another week to get my original order...oh well. Thanks for listening.........
