Why such slow deliverly?

I ordered two Laura Geller products last week. Ordered a product from HSN same day. I got the HSN product in 3 days. Still no Laura Geller product. Not even out for delivery and shipped on the 22nd. I know we had a holiday but that's seems like a very long time.
