Why have a TSV the same month as a previous auto-ship?

I am on auto ship for both the Tarte and It Cosmetics. They ship this month and yet both have TSV's. That's a lot of shipments and money on cosmetics in one month. Don't get me wrong I want them, but that's the problem. Please QVC, spread them out better!
