Why do makeup brands keep putting those tiny brushes in their compacts?

First of all, this is beautiful.

Why are we still putting in the tiny brushes?  I see it with eyeshadow and blush.  Don't makeup users have face and eye brushes already that are bigger and more appropriate for application?  Who still uses these teeny tiny things?

Handy for those that travel. Remember travel?

maybe for people who carry their makeup in their purses?

large brushes are impractical when you only need a touchup.

I would never use those even for traveling.  I just take my regular makeup brushes with me.

So be it. The world is made up of many.  Others don't do as you do.

Here's a blush.  I can't imagine your blush looking good if you're using that tiny of a brush:

Oh, I understand that.  I just think it's odd to use tiny brushes like that instead of fluffier, fuller brushes to difuse the color.

Yes, of course a fuller brush head is better. But for those that do a lot of travel, used to, it's convenient.

It is what makes the product complete.  There should always be an application tool housed within.

I disagree.  To me, the tiny application tools are pointless.  I'd rather have more product than a weird miniscule tool that makes my blush or eyeshadow look awful.
