I have purchased wen long enough to know it really is a great produce, but i'm very disappointed because twice i've order a bundle pack that included the comb and both times I didn't get the comb. I called/written customer service and they told me I had to send the entire package back in order to get the comb, which made no sense to me. However, common sense told me that if i didn't get my combs then obviously two combs were w/o a home {#emotions_dlg.huh} so it should be easy to just send me at least one. NOPE! not easy....

I want my combs I paid for... What should I do? I tried to let it go but i just can't.
