Since trying this product a few weeks ago I must say that I don't know what took me soo long to try it, but I'm ever so happy that I did. Yes the product is very expensive and yes it is very time consuming, but I promise you that if you take the time and effort to use the product as directed you will notice a marked improvement in your hair. My hair has been rescued from the brink of disaster, after years of perming and highlighting my hair has been revived, it is glowing, shining and full of body as promised. I was very worried and had the same misgivings as some of you do. How could a product that is just lotion in texture cleanse my hair. It does cleanse it takes time to use the product properly, when you do you will notice a difference in the first use. I will not be going back to shampoo. I have also taken Chaz's other advise to stop using other harmful products on my hair. My hair was so dry and brittle prior to using WEN that it would snap and break, I hated combing my hair. I would lose soo much in the process of washing, blow drying then styling, my bathroom floor, comb and trash can would be disgusting. I'd also been told that shedding was normal, but this had become troubling in intensity. I'm so happy that I took the plunge, and you will be also
