With the exception of BareMinerals, no foundation on QVC comes in more than ~5 colors. 3-4 colors is the norm on QVC. These days, more and more of QVC's foundations and BB creams are coming in just one or two colors, and they all claim to be "skin-adjusting" or at least "works for every single skin tone."
In my opinion, this is rubbish. The most important thing with foundation is to get color right. It doesn't matter what kind of divine texture your foundation has, or what sort of favors it's supposedly doing for your skin through SPF and vitamins. If the color is anything less than perfect for you, it won't do your appearance any favors.
This is why most makeup gurus and bloggers continue to use foundations from brands like Nars, Becca, and Makeup Forever, where at least 15-30 color choices are available in each foundation, rather than all-in-ones that come in "Light" and "Dark" or "Fair," "Tan," and "Deep," or, worst yet, a single orange-grey color that is supposedly for everyone.
Worst yet, QVC even sells foundations that have many color options, but only offers the QVC customer a few of them. An example is the By Terry line, which has many exquisite shades in their actual lineup, but we only get the 5 most "universal" ones here.
I think QVC is doing this to simplify things for the customer, and usually the brands play along, because making few colors is lower-risk for them. However, it is terrible for the customer. Even if you like your shade, you could almost certainly do better by getting properly color-matched in a pro brand. I think many ladies have only ever bought their foundations from QVC, and so they don't know how much better they could do.
Just my opinion.
