I've had e-mails the last 2 weeks cancelling my auto-delivery programs for Ojon, Tarte, etc. The e-mails say they cannot continue to fulfill the auto-delivery for this or that product.
It's really disappointing when you sign up for a program that doesn't have an end date that you lose the benefits. My Living Proof hair care auto delivery was canceled a few months ago for no reason. Even the customer service representative had no explanation.
It's a shame as a long time customer and consumer of the products, that they can't provide you with the product that you signed up for. All the products that have been canceled are on QVC a lot and it's a shame that they can't honor the auto delivery plans as they were promoted to do.
