I did and just tried it. I know a few of you got one too. Have you tried it? Thoughts?

The good news is I did not burn myself. Yay. I was scared lol. I was really scared after reading reviews and I was still scared after reading the instructions. I had every intention of trying it as soon as I received it but realized the need to set aside some time and really focus.

I tried it on my arm and then immediately went on to my mustache and peach fuzz which was the reason I got it. I am cautiously optimistic. It "worked" tonight but as for long term results it's wait and see. I'm just so glad it didn't act like a branding iron because I really was concerned. I have a few coarser hairs that didn't disappear completely so that's another thing I will keep an eye on to rate the performance.

There's definitely a technique to master. I think I'm about 75% there. It took a few glides to get there but not all that long. I think the last 25% will be slower to master but you never know. I stopped out of overabundance of caution because I didn't want to over do it.

You have to be confident, which isn't easy when you're worried about getting burned, and go for it. I mean you really do have to go for it. The longer you can glide it the better it works. Hesitation is not your friend. The way the tip juts out is a bit unnerving at first, especially when it retracts and then juts again if you've hesitated. But once I figured out what was going on it was OK.

Please post your initial impressions. Let's share tips! Of course we'll have to wait to see long term. Hopefully in a few weeks we will be happy.
