Whitening Toothpaste - Dizzy Information

I've used SuperSmile over the years and watched Lisa and Lisa's presentation the other day and - in their pitch they stressed never to use toothpaste containing SILICA because it 'sands the enamel" off your teeth.

I decided to try Go Smile this time around and am reading the package which states it contains hydrated SILICA.

What's a consumer suppose to believe?
