Lots of shipping/spillage/damage issues in the reviews. Hopefully this has been rectified.

I tried the brand when it first debuted. Purchased a body care moisturizing kit. Might even been a tsv. I loved how it made my skin feel but couldn't get past the fragrance. I selected a white tea floral, I believe it was lavender. A seemingly innocuous combination but on me, literally gagged. Been reluctant to try anything else since then.

I purchased this and when I opened the box the product had opened and leaked all over the packaging. The replacement item arrived damaged at UPS and they never delivered it.

I had this as a gift to another state, and the recipient reported that it had also leaked out.

Whish sends the product with the pump attached and the bottle opened when in transit.

They should cap the bottle and enclose the pump inside like Philosophy does.
