Which one do I use????

I have fine thin, very long hair. I've only used ojon for several years now but am disappointed with the new formulations. Tried WEN several years back and was unimpressed but I think I may have used it wrong. Which kind does a girl with long, thin, fine hair use? I want some body, some movement, and lots of shine! Any suggestions?
