Which TSV product?

I am sure this has been asked multitudes of times, but ran down the posts and couldn't find anything.

I am post meno pausal, 56, was natural red head now color with Goldwell color in red to cover the grays. I also have my hair permed regularly and it is to my shoulders with lots of layers in it. No major issues except that when not permed my hair gets oily fast. Which product/flavor of WEN should I try?
