Where do I start?

I have watched WEN for years, never thought his hair looked all that clean, never impressed me much. I am thinking of trying this product for the first time. BUT there are so many bits and pieces and fragrances I have no idea where to begin.

Tonights show was so confusing, the host (Jackie?) would NOT shut up ! She interrupted Chaz so often he just kept talking.Between her non-stop chatter and him trying to get his point across I got no info for a beginner.

I would be buying for my daughter, she has long -thick-hair that tends to flake in the dry Michigan winters (uses a dandruff shampoo half the year) but frizzes in the summer humidity with constant flyaways and uses a flat iron. So which one do we start with?
