Then those wrist things get all wet... too much trouble.
I WOULD like something to keep the water from the faucet to not splash all around the sink when washing and rinsing my face... that is more of an issue than water running down my wrists... I put paper towels down now to absorb the splashed water.

Exactly! ...and the wrist things would be another thing to launder and they would probably get lost just like my socks do sometimes...lol!

@San Antonio Gal What are they called? I can't find them on Amazon. Thanks

I guess I just don't wash my face properly. I use Huggies natual care baby wipes. Sometimes with a cleanser, but usually without. I do notice several dermatologists using Dove with their hands in a current ad. Foamy, foamy. That just doesn't seem to be "strong"enough for me, I need more pressure for exfoliation.

I saw this on YT a few months ago but they were just using headbands wrapped around their wrists twice. I wash my face over the bathtub for this very problem (water running down my arms).

Great idea, thanks!
Er... Do they offer a full body / floor band?
Maybe an inverted umbrella?
I splash like a duck 🦆 💦🦆💦🦆💦🦆💦🦆💦💦💦

I've not tried this but a YouTuber I watch, MaryEllen after 60, mentioned she takes old socks and cuts the elastic tops up to make water shields for the wrist. You could try it, I suppose, before you tossed worn out socks as it certainly wouldn't cost anything.

That's the other reason I wash my face over the tub. My bathtub sides are 20" tall so maybe that makes it more comfortable/doable. It also feels good on my back
Since I bathe and not shower, I also wash my hair bending over the tub. It's not so easy when I'm at a hotel and their spouts are short and right against the front of the tub wall ![]()
