When washing your face.....

[ Edited ]

....does the water run down your wrists?  Amazon is selling these wrist things to prevent getting your sleeves from getting wet.  I thought it was a pretty clever idea.

Wouldn't plain ol' sweatbands for your wrists work just as good?

Re: When washing your face.....

Looks like scrunchies which I have plenty of.

I bend over the sink when adding water to my face after applying my cleanser.  I use either an oil of a balm, so it doesn't need water to spread well.  I use very little water since I don't lie the dripping.  Sometimes (when I think about it) I'll use my vibrating Foreo dupe and I always tap it a couple of times to remove excess drips before using it.  I always finish up with a wet washcloth.

That is annoying!

I usually ring out the the wash cloth so that it's wet but not dripping.  I don't splash the water around.  It also helps that I use one of those make up remover cloths-- with just water at the sink & use the cleanser in the shower.

@SilleeMee  - I agree good ole' sweatbands would do the trick too!

My scrunchies are not that absorbant to stop water and my wrists are small so the scrunchies are not tight enough to stop water.

@San Antonio Gal - I hate when this happens!  Really, I do.  Drives me nuts.  This is a good idea.

Re: When washing your face.....

I use thick terry headbands too, just wrap the headbands above your wrists...easy & cheap.
