I tried wen years ago and I think I wasn't sure how to use it and after one use I sent it back . I'm now thinking of trying it once again .  Can you recommend one that would be good for dry scalp.    My hair isn't frizzy, I don't have damage or breakage just a dryer scalp then before ,  could be from the winter .
Either way I'd like to give it another try just wanted to choose a formula that might help with dryness.

@Kitty Galore

Watch the video here....I know Sandra can't keep quiet, but Chaz explains each formula.

He always says Fig is the most moisturing, and I have found that to be true.

@Kitty Galore  I've heard Chaz say many times to use the Tea Tree for your type of hair. I chose Fig years ago and didn't care for it.  I have dry frizzy thick hair and I didn't find it to tame my hair. I don't have a dry scalp though. Maybe others have had better luck than I have.

I'm probably the minority but I do not care for Wen at all, I've bought it 3 times and stopped using it each time. The last ime it was at my hairdresser's suggestion. Perhaps I was not using it properly.

There is a learning curve to using WEN for a lot of us.  I didn't like it either the first time I used it.  So don't give up after just one try.

If your scalp is your only concern, I'd say Tea Tree also, but do listen to Chaz (when he can get a word in edgewise).

Also, you might consider the Scalp Tonic. I have heard that does have a fragrance (eucalyptus, tea tree) that some don't like though.

@cjm61   Seems I've heard tea tree is good for a dry scalp .

@We rescue cats   I feel that was my issue ,  I wasn't using it correctly.  My hair looked and felt actually greasy and flat .  Maybe I didn't rinse enough I don't know.   If I do decide to purchase I won't buy  the gallon because if I find it doesn't work for me that's a big investment.

@Kitty Galore

If you decide to purchase, do add much more water to the product when you cleanse.  That was my main problem at first and what left my hair feeling and looking greasy and flat.

Also for the second cleanse (conditioning step), I add more water on what I put on my crown and less on my hair from nape down because I want the bottom to have more conditioning.  I never used regular conditioner on  my crown since my hair is fine and it weighs it down.

That was just my experience.

@Kitty Galore

When I first tried Wen, I had a heck of a time working it into my hair and scalp.  It was awful.

IMO, it's too darn THICK to work in easily.

So I got a 12 oz plastic bottle at the beauty supply store, pumped in approximately 6 oz of Wen, and slowly added water to fill, and shook like crazy .... to water it down.

The "watery" version of Wen did the trick.  Much easier to work with, and I now do it with any version I purchase.

As for which particular version you buy .... someone else here will have to help you there.
