I'm starting Christmas shopping. When does QVCs holiday gift return start?

Who knows and don't bother calling CS.

Anything that has holiday returns will have a banner on-line that says so. Anything purchased during holiday programming has the holiday returns. All items tomorrow will fall into that category.

Monday I was watching fashionably early and Jayne was presenting a clothing item and said items purchased could be returned through January 31. I checked on-line and nothing comes up to confirm that. I contacted CS and was told it's not in effect and when it would go into effect hadn't been determined.

Other people called and were told it is in effect and someone else called and was told it goes into effect tomorrow.

If you are purchasing something for a holiday gift, I would contact CS and let them know so they can notate your account.

Last Monday I heard Jayne say that the Christmas return period was in effect. I emailed customer service to check and received this reply: "We are sorry for any confusion. Our extended holiday returns will begin on 09/20/14. QVC makes Holiday Gift Returns easy! Any holiday gift you purchase 09/20/14 through December 23, 2014 at noon ET can be returned for any reason for a full refund including original Shipping & Handling untilJanuary 31, 2014. I hope this information was helpful."

I think it starts with the Xmas in July sales.

Yes---when they have their Christmas in July, August, etc. shows, the return policy is in effect for purchases. But other purchases from regular shows just have the 30 day return policy---until late September, and from the above post I guess the overall holiday return policy starts tomorrow! YAY!

I called & it wasn't being honored on the pressure cooker TSV so I passed.

Yes! You can shop with confidence this holiday season. Any gifts you purchase from September 20, 2014 through December 23, 2014 at noon ET can be returned for any reason until January 31, 2015. You can exchange the item or you can return the gift for a full refund of the purchase price and original Shipping & Handling charges.
