Websites, computer software, and operating systems change a lot. Learn to get used to it and not let it bother you. This too shall pass and something else will come along. It happens, no way around it, and if you get behind (especially with software and operating systems) you will be in TROUBLE in computer land.

I've been doing this more than 30 years--it is what it is and it is out of our control.

Fix the problem??? It's not a problem and the changes aren't huge. They just modernized it a bit and made the site more user friendly. I don't see what there is to complain about. But, I'm not resistant to change. Change is good.

It isn't so much the change , which I for see no reason for, it is that when I try to look at items on a certain page it Freezes! I cannot scroll up or down on the page, that is more then frustrating! I have never had this problem on QVC , other sites , yes. I don't need the aggravation is all .

I got it and was in a hurry and figured I'd do it later, well it didn't pop up my next visit. Did they happen to mention where they're hiding the as is section during the tour? I finally found it by manually searching for it, but it would be nice knowing where the link moved too.

You can still find the "as is", but it's a bit of a performance to get to. Go to Deals, then Clearance, then scroll down to the bottom of the left hand menu.
