Ugh so many bad things!

The main things I remember were:

Noxzema (cringe)

Sea Breeze astingent  (cringe)

St. Ives Apricot Scrub (cringe)

Sun-In (cringe)

Sunscreen of any type

I wish I could remember the name of the body spray I used to use. It was only found in a foo foo store in London but it was sooooo nice.

I wish when I was younger, we had all the cool brands of makeup that we have now lilke Urban Decay.

How could I forget Noxema!  I loved that stuff.

when I was really young, when dinosaurs roamed the earth, I would play around with my mom's mascara. It was Maybelline in a little red container, you added water and applied it with a little brush. Wow that was a long time ago, but it was the start of my love affair with make- up.

Re: What products did you use "back in the day"?

1.    Jovan fragrances - the musk oil was my fave.  Also Babe.  Both of which I bought at the local drug store.

2.    Lip Smackers - omg I still use the Dr. Pepper.  It's a sheer, wearable, shiny red.

3.    At home Frost n Tip kit.  It took me 9 hours to frost my dark brown hair.  I had straw for the next year, but the color looked good enough that my mom didn't freak.  Ha!

4.    Also there was a honey and something shampoo that I liked but can't remember the name.  It came in a slim, tall cylindrical bottle with a peachy orange top, and the shampoo was orangy peach, too.

Re: What products did you use "back in the day"?

  • Salon Selectives "highlighting" shampoo - smelled divine! I still miss it
  • Sun In
  • Aussie Sprunch spray

  • Sea Breeze toner
  • Rubi Glo
  • Various Loreal cosmetics, which I considered at the time to be terribly posh
  • Vitabath shower gel
  • Nivea nivea nivea

Then later:

  • Guerlain terracotta, meteorites, and multicolored lip gloss
  • Erno Lazlo
  • La Prairie and Creme De La Mer (wasted money)
  • Fango mud
