@San Antonio Gal  I've been using the Sunday Riley C.E.O 15% Vitamin C serum for a couple years since it was offered as a BOGO at Q. I have one more in my stash and hoping it will be offered again at Q before I need to reorder.  

I also like the Beekman Golden Booster Vitamin C serum and use in rotation with the Sunday Riley. Beekman's C is offered at a good value price at times during events at HSN. Currently it's on a good sale (50%off) at HSN

I've been using DERMA•E Vitamin C Intensive Night Cream for some time now, and love it. It reminds me of an Avon "brightener" I used to order from a coworker years ago. BTW, Despite its name, this is a lightweight cream, and I use it in the morning, too.

This is also available in a serum, which I tried, but I didn't like delivery system. The contents came out of the pump at an odd angle lol. I prefer the cream, anyway. It's a good brand with many products.

Another vote here for TruSkin Vitamn C Super Serum, available on Amazon. It is amazing! Visible results!

The 'best' VC serum depends on your skin type and also what it is you want the VC to do for your skin. It's definitely not a OSFA product.
