What is this for?

Received the IT TSV and am satisfied. However there was a round silver item in the package with no explanation as to its use. Tried it as a cover for the brush but that doesn't work. Anyone have any ideas? Sure with they would put something in the packaging to explain.

I believe it is a stand for the bottle of primer and the small fan brush, so they can sit on your countertop. Just put the bottle in the round part and the brush stands up next to it.

Is that what you mean?
