I noticed this a few times between last night & this morning. Yesterday Valerie Parr Hill was talking to someone on the phone and Sandra just butt in. It was so noticeable and extremely rude. Today it's Jackie and that newer blonde host just chatting with each other and ignoring the vendor. I don't know about you but it really needs to stop. Let the person talking finish their sentence or at least have the courtesy to say "excuse me."

that's why I don't watch much QVC anymore. I can't take the rudeness. Previously I always thought QVC was so much more professional & upscale than the other shopping channels - now they are worse than the others - much more ""hard core"" selling. I still check online & make my purchases there.

I have noticed it for a long time....its been beyond rude...its like the Hosts feel they have to be talking all of the time.....
I have a friend, who drops over once in a while, and she is like that...if she isn't interrupting me....she is finishing my sentence...or fills in what she thinks I am going to say next....its all I can do but to slap her....lol......other then that...she is really nice...so I put up with it...
but the Hosts I DON't have to put up with it....so I just don't tune in at all....or I tune out once the rudeness begins...

I may not watch as much as some of the rest of you, but I don't know what you're talking about. I don't see rudeness. I see a host and vendor anxious to sell the products. They all get a little hyper with their sales pitches, which is why I have to tune in and out of these shopping channels. They get pretty silly.

My comment isn't about anyone in particular. I have noticed that within this past year it seems like everyone in front of the camera on QVC is talking at the same time.
I used to 'hang in there' (not changing the channel) thinking, 'it will stop in a second'. It doesn't. I can't understand what either person is saying. Maybe it has to do with my age (I'm in my 60's) but I don't have patience to try to figure out what's being said.
It's not just on QVC. That show called "The Talk" I've noticed these women often all talk at the same time!
It's as if people have lost any sense of manners. I was always taught that when one person talks, the other person listens.
Maybe that's why things are so mixed up in the world today. Everyone is so into what they're saying (and talking at once) no one is listening.
Just my opinion.

I was going to write pretty much the same thing. I can't take the rudeness either. Also, they talk so fast now and don't even come up for air--David V., all the women hosts, Rick--in other words all the hosts.

I think it is starting to happen more and more. I don't think they mean to be rude but it is rude. They are the ones who want people to call in. The nicest person ever to callers is Joan Rivers considering her rep with a lot of people shows a kinder, gentler side.
