I have seen many adverts for this company and how is what they do differs from a traditional surgery? Which is better and more effective?

I've heard some women get lipo and then they grow fat in places that they didn't before- like back fat or arm fat.  The commercials look promising, but I think I'll keep my little love handles Smiley Very Happy.
