Re: What do you think of Nars org*sm blush?

I like it, the powder formula is very nice, however I also purchased the liquid and I do not care for it, too much shimmer, but I do really like the color, its peachy pinky with gold and the original one did not have a ton of shimmer in it. I purchased mine a long time ago though!

It was just ok.  I prefer Clinique myself.  I did find that Nars doesnt last very long.

I think it's a beautiful color, but can be too shimmery. I prefer Deep Throat (I really wish NARS were better with names), which is slightly less shimmery and a littler pinker.

I prefer the Tarte Amazonian Clay blushes in general and Glisten is a great alternative to Orgasm. It has a more subtle shimmer and, because it's got less of the golden shimmer, comes across as a cooler and pinker than Orgasm.

I love peachy-pink blushes in general and Tarte has some of my favorite. Blissful is my favorite peachy-pink without shimmer. It's a little more peachy than Orgasm or Glisten.

Some of my fave blushes right now are the Makeup Geek. They are $10 if you just buy the pan and the color range is great and they're very pigmented! I love everything Makeup Geek!! Smiley Happy

I have red/blue undertones and it goes orange on me.   Don't like it.

Bought, tried and returned. Too sparkly, great staying power, not subtle even w/minimal application,  but can't compete w/my hg-Antigua by Bobbi Brown.

Many makeup bloggers rave about this blush.  Many bloggers also recommend Milani's Luminoso 05 as a dupe for Nars.  I have the Milani's Luminoso and it looks good.  If you would like to try and see if the color looks good, you can try Milani's for about $8 at Walgreens.

Must say that I was excited to try but very disappointed.  I also tried another one that some on the board mentioned as its drugstore dupe.  I'm fair/medium with blonde hair.  It looked orange on me, and I ended up throwing them away.  🙁

I received a sample tube of Nars O about 4 years ago and fell in love with it.  I use it as a highlighter above cheekbones, down my nose, above eyebrows, cupids bow, décolletage, shoulders.  It just provides such a pretty subtle glow, not iridescent, glittery, just a soft sheen of peach/coral...you can apply as much or as little as far as day or evening wear.  Looks great with a tan too!  I have medium color skin, cool undertones, hair is brown/reddish highlights.  (I haven't tried the solid version, just in the tube).  Nordstroms always offers free s/h and on returns as well🙆
